Sam put together a treatment plan which I could understand and explained the upcoming procedures thoroughly. The practice has amazing technology compared to others I’ve been to, so everything is so easy and comfortable. Sally it was so welcoming, I was quickly seen by Jordan and two nurses (sorry I cannot recall the names) who were superb at keeping me fully informed about my circumstance and also helping with how anxious I was over my teeth. There was no pressure to proceed with any treatments or sign up for a membership. I cannot recommend this practice and its staff enough. They were all so caring, and I cannot wait to go back (never thought I’d say that about a dentist).

I arranged a further visit for an MOT dental examination and a scale and polish. During both procedures, I was provided with excellent care, and the extraction was completely painless. My dentist, Sam, was amazing, and he immediately put me at ease as I had previously experienced a very painful treatment from another dental practice. The practice premises are very modern and aesthetically pleasing, and all of the staff are friendly and trained to put patients at ease from the very first visit. I cannot thank Sam enough for his care and professionalism, sm and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for regular dental care.

from Emma and Sally was wonderful – very friendly and efficient. Principal Dentist Sam took time to call me to talk me through the procedure. On arrival, the premises had great kerb appeal and the huge benefit of on-site parking. Once inside, we were welcomed by Sam. The interior was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. There are lovely lounge seats and a coffee machine/water, for anyone needing to wait for a patient. Once in the treatment room, again immaculate. Sam and the dental nurse, plus the sedationist, were all very reassuring, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. The treatment went well, and the after-care follow-up call was prompt and caring. While going to the dentist for me personally is my worst nightmare, I would certainly go back to Gibside Dental should I need treatment in the future.
